Everyone that can physically attend is encouraged to attend as many days as possible from Feb. 25 to Feb. 28.

Please make appointments with your representatives in that time period, if possible.  Everyone will receive information for instruction and to give your representatives.  A list what information will be included will be posted on this page shortly.

The first coordinating meeting will be the evening of February 24.  From Feb. 25 to Feb. 27 there will be early morning and late evening meetings every day.  On Feb. 28 there will be a final early morning meeting.  Times and the location in the Holiday Inn will be posted on this page.
