Understand, the 114th Congress Private Law 114-31 is in no way needed to establish precedent. We have already presented our Senators and Congressmen precedent from the Congressional Register of 1792. However upon looking at Private Law 114-31, the Senate Librarian assured me it can be accessed online. Really?
Bottom line, Private Law 114-31 and the FOIA response will provide me a story that I will soon explain in all its sordid details.
From day one, we have been totally transparent. In that regard, I will be sending my Senators and Congressman copies of the FOIAs via PDF or Images.
