Although the Elkins Channel 3 TV access station charges to run programming, the vast majority of TV cable companies around the country provide free to the public non-profit programming. Please contact your governing county or township body for policies in your area. When you have secured an arrangement, simply email the details of the station, location, and airing information to the Bill of Peace 2020 questions email Treaty.Of.Peace2020Questions@gmail.com The first program will air here on April 23. DVDs of each program will be mailed out on Thursdays to the opt-in or volunteer beginning on the 23rd until further notice. The first DVD will include videos from the last several updates.
