Pre-crime Indefinite Detention!

Welcome to Bizarro World and Rule of Law according to Obama and COMPANY.  Obama, the Chief Executive of U.S. Inc., is the fake birth certificate producing fraud who should be deported.  He can’ be tried for treason as he never was one of us.  I believe he would be better classified as an enemy combatant.

Do we see a parallel of indefinite detention elsewhere in “THE COMPANY?”  “THE COMPANY” has its corporate tentacles right here in the Mountaineers Are Always Free state!

Wood County, “THE COMPANY” Magistrate Waters, set Thomas’s bail at $300,000, cash only.  That means no bond, period!  She’s determined that he isn’t going to get out.  The maximum fine in this case, if found guilty, is $25,000, but bail is 12 times as much.  Imagine that!

Wood County Magistrate Waters is not part of the government of, by, and for the people, but as Thomas has shown is a corporate borg fiction!  Imagine that!  She inhabits a department of corporate state government which is defendant in Supreme Court Case 15-0491.  Imagine that!

Magistrate Waters ordered the sheriff’s department to keep any documents to be served to said Magistrate to themselves!  That is obstruction of justice!  She didn’t want no stinking habeas corpus served on her!  Imagine that!

Magistrate Waters ordered, over Thomas’s objections, a court appointed attorney, who upon requesting dismissal was then ordered by Waters to remain seated next to Thomas in the hearing where she bound Thomas over to a Grand Jury!  Imagine that!

Do you think you are immune?  You are already being attacked six ways to Sunday.  I am not even going to try to list the ways as I would be leaving out the majority.  If you think that the corporate government is looking out for your best interests, you are delusional and without hope.  However, if they come after you and you don’t put up any resistance like Thomas and you are thrown to the ground dislocating your shoulder, your protective fog may dissipate.  One might make the case that our country is transforming from land of the free and home of the brave to land of the fiction and home of the slave.

I, for one, am pledging $10,000 toward the release of Thomas from the debtor’s prison.  I’ll only quit if GOD himself orders me.  Which side of the fence are you on?  There are only two sides?  Gene, Thomas, and I pledged our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor as did our forefathers.

Clerk of Magistrate Court that the money is returned upon completion of the legal action.  For Thomas to take an attorney of the Corporate Bar Association which is a sub-corporation of the West Virginia Supreme Court which is a sup-corporation of the U.S. Supreme Court, which is a sub-corporation of U.S. Inc. of which Barack Hussein Obama is the Chief Usurper Executive would constitute insanity.  How can one build a case in solitary confinement in their corporate jail?

Obama may have a pen and a phone, but I have a very big mouth, a very big horn and truth!  This campaign will not stop!
