Offer of Affidavit of Indemnity
My plea to Tomblin and a request to help Thomas follows at the end.
The offer being presented would not end our attempts, but grant Thomas his much needed and deserved release from cruel and unusual punishment. He has been in solitary confinement for over 7 months with as many as some 80 months more possible. Quite a price to pay for telling the truth for his fellow mankind.
I am personally requesting that people contact the Mr. Tomblin requesting clemency or a pardon for Thomas. If you’re familiar with the case you could mention one or more of the many reasons that there was a miscarriage of justice.
People all over the country came to my aide in 1999-2000 when I was fired from my teaching position after 25 years for not enforcing the student forced wearing of bar-coded IDs. Had that support not happened, I wouldn’t have been reinstated and still be employed by that same board of education after 41 years of teaching. Many folks felt that I deserved their attention and help. Thomas deserves it even more.
It is a spiritual battle. Be in prayer and may God lead you!
With no apologies… Phil Hudok
